What will you be doing?

As the Sales Growth Manager, you focus on the proactive creation of strategies, communications, content, materials and promotional campaigns that support our Alternate Payments strategy. You will utilise the marketing mix and will be responsible for communications to our B2B audience, but you’ll also be leading the development of indirect B2C marketing. You will ‘own’ the B2B marketing strategy, bringing your own style, expertise and ideas to the role in order to deliver the company’s objectives. Importantly, in this role you will:

  • Lead B2B communications to both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Drive all B2B marketing activities (including social media, presentations, website activity, etc) in collaboration with the Sales and Account Management team.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, aiming to drive qualified new leads, launch new products and enable new markets aiming to increase revenues.
  • Upgrade and promote Flexepin brand via multiple digital channels and via direct relationships with key industry brands
  • Perform market research and assist in drafting the strategy for launching new products and for accessing new markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing departments of clients to plan and execute joint/co-marketing campaigns aiming to promote our products to their customer base/audience and to increase usage
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry-related media outlets, blogs, websites etc.

    What would make you a good candidate?

    • You have experience in a sales and marketing administration, pre and post sales support, in the gambling, financial services, payments or Fintech space.
    • You have experience in all kinds of 360 digital marketing activities of B2B SaaS delivered Financial platforms and services.
    • You have great knowledge of marketing best practices and communications tactics.
    • You have proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
    • You are digital tech nerdy and like to stay on top of the latest tech stack for your marketing strategy.
    • You are familiar with graphic design and some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of products will definitely support your work.
    • You are motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt with a can-do attitude - no two days are the same, seriously!
